Enable LIS for your lab
Owner toggles LIS on under /lab/lis Settings. Per-lab opt-in — labs without analyzers don't see the feature.
Generate an API key
Create a key, copy it once (we show the raw value only at creation time — after that it's hashed). Stick the key in your analyzer's HTTP-POST config.
Map analyzer codes to MyLabScope tests
Your analyzer emits codes like 'GLU' or 'HGB'. Map each one to the matching MyLabScope LabTest in /lab/lis Analyzer Maps. Done once per analyzer.
Results flow into the inbox
Every result the analyzer sends lands in /lab/lis Inbox with status MATCHED, UNMATCHED, or ERROR. MATCHED results auto-populate the order's approval queue. Approver still signs off — nothing is auto-released.
